How it works

Questions

How do I work out my podcast backlog?

Multiply the shows you follow by their episodes a week and their average length. Take away the hours you actually listen each week. Times 52 is how far behind you fall in a year.

How many hours a week do my podcasts publish?

Ten shows with one 60-minute episode a week publish 10 hours a week, or 520 hours a year.

Should I listen faster to catch up?

It helps: an hour at 1.5x takes 40 minutes. Use the audiobook speed calculator to see how much it saves you.

What if I only want the advice, not every episode?

Ask a mentor built from a host you follow. It answers your question only from what they said, and links to the episode where they said it.
