Summary: We collect your email, chat messages, notes about your situation, and technical logs to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. You can delete your data at any time.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and password
• Chat messages: the questions you ask and the AI-generated responses
• Notes about your situation: short notes a mentor keeps about your goals, experience, and situation so later answers fit your context. You can view and delete them in settings
• API keys: keys you create to connect your AI agents over MCP. You can revoke them at any time
• Shared conversations: conversations you choose to share by public link, until you revoke the link
• Technical logs: request and error logs we need to run the service and diagnose problems

Public mentors are built from public videos and posts that we select. A private mentor is built from the public links you give us. You do not upload files. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see or store your card or bank details.

How we use it

To provide the service (searching a mentor's public sources and generating cited answers), manage your account, keep your conversation history and notes, send transactional emails, and diagnose technical issues. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. We use no advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. The full policy also covers sub-processors, retention periods, and the supervisory authority; email hello@mentorclone.ai for a copy or any question about it.
