What we collect

• Account information: your email address and password
• Chat messages: the questions you ask and the AI-generated responses
• Voice conversations: audio is processed in real time for speech recognition and is not stored after the session ends
• Usage data: message counts, creators added, videos imported
• YouTube channel data: publicly available channel names, video titles, and transcripts for the creators you add
• Payment status: subscription state only — card details are handled entirely by Polar.sh and never stored on our servers

How we use it

To provide the service (searching creator content and generating cited answers), manage your account and plan limits, show your usage history, send transactional emails, and diagnose technical issues. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. The full policy also covers sub-processors, retention periods, and the supervisory authority; email hello@mentorclone.ai for a copy or any question about it.
